Target now has a sign posted in their customer service/return area that they will price match items too! :)
If there are limits to deals such as first four only, do more than one transaction! Self checkouts are great for this! :)

For emergency situations it is recommended that you have one gallon of water stored per person per day.
In a 24 pack of 16.9 oz bottled water there are just over 3 gallons of water.
